Stalker is not as impressive as his skill tree can offer. He simply offers better mobility with increased speed and jump height, but lacking everywhere else in the utility department. Although we can't blame him since his passive moves have all been offered to him from the get go as Bounty Hunter.
Not much to be said about Stalker, except for his minor improvements. Something I didn't mention in Bounty Hunter, is that he gains a new weapon to his arsenal each time he progresses in class. Although they are not free-to-use weapons, they are utilized uniquely in his techniques and skills, which are the basis of his new abilities in each skill tree. So in this case, he gains the Nether Blade. It is a melee weapon meant for his opponents to bleed when cut by it, and makes for some useful attacks.
Dodge:
- Type: Ground Roll
- Rufus usually depends on his default evasion technique but Dodge comes in handy when he is not using his main combo.
- Since Rufus learns nothing additional to improve his evasion game, the techniques for evasion is pretty much the same throughout all his 4 classes. Of noteworthy mention, is Trample. Not only does it function as a cheap-cost attack, it also conveniently evades attacks by propelling you overhead and behind your enemy, primed and ready to executed a lethal skill to the back.
Notes:
- Rufus' standing shots deal a very high amount of damage eventually. Though as powerful as it is, it is wise to incorporate his melee combo when necessary. Not only does it allow you to evade on the fly using his various maneuvers, it gives you excellent control over your target as you can react instantly rather than wait for an attack to come for you.
- Another alternative is to use controlled combos, which in this case is to stop at his kick attack before he goes into the jumping uppercut, rinse & repeat- this allows you to keep your enemy standing while continuing a chain of attack that stuns them.
- These two ways of attack do not change throughout his entire job change list, so they become mastered after much levels of practice.
- Stalker's most useful upgrade is his mobility and AP passive- and Crescent Sweep, which deals great damage to one enemy alone, often enough to kill.

Skill Tree Setup:As Rufus' skill tree is linear with all the skills, techniques and passive effects mixed in,
Actually it looked worst than I imagined, so I'll reorganize them via color scheme and in running order to save your eyes a headache. Please use your in-game skill tree for easy reference too. Thanks :D
Skills
Soul Shackles (23 AP)
- Type: Impact
- Range: Short
- Damage: Multi

Crescent Sweep (46 AP)
- Type: Bleed
- Range: Short
- Damage: Multi
- Animation: Short
- Rufus draws his Nether Blade and slashes at his enemy 3 thrice, dealing some heavy damage and causing bleed at the same time.
- Bleed occurs at the first slash.
Techniques
Nether Blade (6 AP)
- Type: Bleed
- Range: Short
- Damage: Burst
- Rufus draws his Nether Blade and slashes at the enemy.
- The bleed lasts for 5 seconds, and deals rather fast light damage.
- Type: Bleed
- Range: Short
- Damage: Burst
- Rufus draws his Nether Blade and can slash once or twice at the enemy.
- This is a special technique that has a chain attack, by pressing the hotkey again (or just mash) to trigger a follow up attack. Note that the second slash will also drain 6 AP.
- The bleed lasts for 5 seconds, and deals rather fast light damage.

Increases Soul Shackle's base damage by... ~5%. I think we see the pattern now...
Nether Blade: Increased Damage
Increases Nether Blade's base damage by ~8%. Oh wait, finally something higher.
Increased AP Recovery Rate Lv2

Crescent Sweep: Increased Damage
